Simone FM Spinner

Simone FM Spinner is passionate about wine, food & travel.

Simone is writing a book series called Chasing Grapes about her life with wine and food. She just completed her first book, Denver Food: A Culinary Evolution.

She pens a column about wine and art for Wine Country International Magazine and is a former contributor to Denver’s 303 Magazine Food & Wine section; her column was called Chasing Grapes. She is the senior editor for her blog and Twitter feed: French Wine Girl Travels.

In 2017, Simone is joining the Lisbon Consortium to pursue her Ph.D. in Culture Studies, researching and writing about the aesthetics and culture of wine on the global stage.
